I have a workspace where I top mounted the Barrina T8 LED Light and it just so happened that it was around head level. I would always get blasted with light and it would make working here annoying. I created a simple shade that slides in to the track that is already there so I could work under the light while not being blinded. There are no modifications required to the light.
I printed in PLA with the long flat bar on the bed. I don't think the use case for this requires the strongest part but if you'd like, reorient the model on its end and print that way. If doing this, I would encourage using brim and supports to stabilize since it's long.
The piece is 200mm long and 3 fit perfectly in to the 2ft long strip that I have. If you need different sizes, or shade styles/shapes, let me know and I can work on it for you!
