The design was developed to mount a StealthChanger Shuttle while keeping the x-axis chain and mechanical endstops. Based on StealthChanger Shuttle Keeper for a MGN12 linear rail and 6mm belts (StealthChanger repository: https://github.com/DraftShift/StealthChanger).
quick toolhead removal for maintenance;
StealthChanger provides Tap probe.
Fitted on Voron 2.4, Fysetc CNC Shuttle, Dragonburner toolhead with EBB36 board. To remove the toolhead, you need to disconnect the USB or CAN cable and lift the toolhead.
BOM:
3 x M3x6 screws
3 x 4mm long M3 threaded inserts (OD 5mm)
Alternatively, you can try running narrow cable ties through the holes for threaded inserts.
Prints without supports, STL file is oriented for printing. Please pay attention to print settings to ensure successful printing of overhangs and bridges. Before starting the modified printer, please check that the mount does not catch wires or other printer parts at any position of the toolhead.
You can cut off the chain mount or endstop arm by adding a box negative volume (Boolean modifier) in the slicer.
