This is the 3D-printed case from my build of a local PM1.0/PM2.5/PM10 air-quality

sensor that reports straight into Home Assistant via ESPHome – no cloud, no app.

What fits inside:

- ESP32 DevKit

- Plantower PMS5003T (particulate matter + temp + humidity)

- SSD1306 I²C OLED (128x32)

The PMS5003T air inlet/outlet is left open so airflow isn't blocked.

Designed in FreeCAD; the editable source (.FCStd) is included alongside the STLs

so you can adapt it to a different board or display.

Full wiring, pinout and the complete ESPHome YAML are in my write-up:

Print settings (what I used):
- Material: [PLA / PETG]
- Layer height: [0.2 mm]
- Infill: [15–20 %]
- Supports: none
