Friend handed me a broken and half melted printed mount for a baja light on his e-bike. Rebuilt it in cad to hold up to stress and printed in in petg instead of a 15%infil pla. added heated inserts so youll need at least :
4 m5 heated inserts
4 m5 Machine screws of your choice as long as they are at least 39mm long
a spool of petg
and a baja light like the one in the picture.
Printed with 5 walls and high infill (50%-80% depending on how hard you push your bike.)
I also used variable layer heights. I did but you may or may not need supports.
