What you need
The gitlab repo has links to components that were used
Some M3 screws (ideally something like M3x5, I used some screw nuts on longer screws to "shorten" them)
An ESP32 Dev Ki
6x6x4,3mm Button
SPI SD Card module
MAX98357A amp for the speake
3W 40mm speaker
2,9" E-Ink display (Black, White, Red
2x 1x15 pin headers so you don't solder the ESP directly to the PCB
You can use other parts but make sure that they work on the same TTL level as the ESP32 & verify that the mapping of the pins still work with the PCB, else you need to design a new one (current design works on 3.3V).
Also the design doesn't allow for much higher power demands since it uses the ESP32 for 3.3V power conversion. If you want to use a better speaker etc. you probably need to upgrade the power management.
