This is a custom-designed wall mount support for the Huawei 5G CPE Pro 2, engineered for a perfect balance between functionality, aesthetics, and optimal device cooling.
Key Features & Design Details
Easy Button Access: The front panel features a dedicated 2 cm extended vertical cutout ("pastilă") that offers effortless access to the Hi-Link push button while keeping the LED light status indicators completely visible.
Optimal Cooling (Honeycomb Bottom): The base of the mount is designed with an elegant honeycomb pattern, maximizing airflow for both air intake and exhaust, ensuring the router stays cool under heavy load.
Secure Wall Mounting: The side wings feature two heavy-duty screw holes with a clean front-to-back orientation, making it extremely easy to mount onto walls or any flat surface using a standard screwdriver.
Premium Aesthetics: The lower front section features a crisp, beautifully integrated HUAWEI logo, giving the mount an official and seamless look.
Smart Fit & Cable Management: * Designed with a 0.5 mm clearance on each side and a 1 cm total tolerance from front to back.
This intentional spacing serves a double purpose: it allows you to effortlessly slide the router out whenever needed, and it provides ample room at the bottom to route the power and ethernet cables easily.
⚠ Designer's Note on Tolerances: > If you prefer an ultra-tight, snug fit, you could theoretically reduce the front-to-back distance by 1 cm and tighten the sides by 0.5 mm. However, this is highly discouraged. The current clearance is optimized to prevent scratches on your router, allow cable routing, and maintain the structural flexibility needed for flawless 3D printing.
