Tried making even more powerful nozzle for wolfbox mf200. Few iterations and this one was best as some some millimeter changes between nozzle and venturi inlet made huge difference how much it whistled on the highest power.
Didn't try with the swirled one, might do that later but the whistling is quite strong even without that. had to change the struts outside and trial and error between nozzle and venturi to find usable ratio without deafening whistle.
Testing with anemometer it created about 5-10% more airflow over the same nozzle without the venturi effect nozzle. Also few gram difference with similar test that OP had. But difficult to say for sure as it peaks on highest power and then goes down.
