This is a case for the HiFi-ESP32 board that will fit the W5500 Ethernet (LAN) module for wired connectivity. I couldn't find any existing cases that fit the LAN module.
There are two "Top" models included - one with a simple speaker logo, and one without.
The two pieces should fit together snugly without any fasteners or glue.
