I had an idea to make a flat-pack folding phone stand using TPU for hinges to play around with and show off my new holographic build plate, but I tried a single layer of PLA as the hinge before I started into the TPU design and I couldn't break it, so no need to get that complex.
Fits flat in bag when folded, or even as a bookmark, but can be repeatedly folded up into a fairly sturdy phone stand. Text or graphics could easily be added.
Printed with 0.2mm layers using a 0.6mm nozzle but 0.4mm would probably work better.
PLA used and works fine, but other filaments may also work.
If printing on holographic build plate recommend using brim and slowing down to 15mm/sec to ensure good adhesion and first layer. This adds 10 minutes to the print but is worth it.
