He looks just like a cat, but is actually a little monster. And he destroys houseplants.

The rescue org told me I was getting a kitten.

It turns out what they gave me was a gremlin. A plant-hating gremlin.

I lovingly sculpted this creature in blender based on a photo I snapped of my cat trying to inspect a new houseplant hanging far above his head (It's up there for a reason. The reason has teeth and doesn't know what's good for him).

INFORMATION/INSTRUCTIONS:

-At 100% size, the assembled display stands ~132mm tall. It is ~155mm wide at its widest point. Not guaranteed or tested at smaller scales!
-The display is printed in parts, no MMU/AMS/etc required. There are notches to help you align the parts during assembly.
-You will need glue for assembly (recommend CA/Super glue or similar), and a small length of string to suspend the planter from the post. Or maybe you could bend a piece of filament and glue it into place? I personally used a string that's meant for window blinds.

-CHOOSE ONE "POST" AND ONE "POT" to print based on the size of hole you need.

-CHOOSE THE CAT'S UTENSIL OF DESTRUCTION:
-"Utensil Whole", and optionally paint the plant splatter on yourself
OR
-"Utensil Handle" and "Utensil End". Print the Utensil End in your plant's color, and glue them together carefully. They're tiny parts, so they might be a little tricky to align.

PRINT SETTINGS:
-Layer Height: To preserve details, I recommend going as small as you're able to for the plant, utensil, cat, and eyes.
-Brim: Brims are recommended for the Cat and the utensil parts.
-Color Change: Add a manual color change to the eyes for your preferred iris/pupil color.
-SUPPORTS:
-The Utensil has a peg in its handle that needs a small support.
-The Utensil End has a steep overhang that I recommend supporting.
-The Cat REQUIRES SUPPORTS. If you print him standing with his paws against the bed, he has some big overhangs. Specifically, his tail, his front paws, and his chin.
-In my experience, organic/tree supports had a high chance to fail/layer shift on the Cat's front paws, because they're too wiggly on my bedslinger. PrusaSlicer's "Snug" style supports gave me the best printing outcome, but were tedious to remove. YMMV.

EXTRA NOTE:
The pictures show my first version that didn't have separate eyes - I painted the irises by hand. I have tested the design with separately-printed eyes, and verified that they do work (shown in the second-to-last picture).
