Mini 5 Gallon Bucket

Mini 5 Gallon Bucket modeled from the one i bought at the Ace Hardware store her in the USA.

Disregard the handle unless you intend to super glue it on. It is to thin to get any tension to hold it self on.

I printed it upside down because it saved an hour but if you print it right side up that will work.

Look at the images to see what i did.

The handle is a separate .stl file and when you import it it will be vertical. Use lay on face to print laying on it's side. When i printed it on it's side it did not automatically add supports. When printing the bucked i used minimal tree supports and that work really well.

Use default settings for your machine that prints PLA well and add supports. the auto add should be sufficient.

Side note: I am printing the handle but i plan on using a old style metal hanger. The printed version is to weak. The wire used for those should be smaller than 3 mm which the hole on the bucket uses. I will post a photo once i find one.

If you decide to add text use the slicer to do so and use a 1 mm or .8 mm height it will not need supports most likely and if it adds the supports it won't add much time at all since all the supports will be close no matter which orientation you print it.
