Only tested with a Stanley PowerLock 25ft tape, but figured the dimensions of it would exceed most tapes, so this should support in theory any tape. I also designed the overall depth such that the springing clip stays opened, which I don't think would cause it to be less strong over time but just for your awareness.
Prints without support
I used the "13 mm Small Thread - Flat Head - T-Bolt"
The depth of the hole is 3mm and the depth of the through hole is 3mm, which first the flat head flush
3mm walls, 6mm rear wall
Typical print settings, does not require any special settings
If you absolutely need guidance here, I printed with:
2 walls
15% infill
2 layers top and bottom
