This 3D-printed spacer washer is designed to solve a common mounting issue with the SmallRig Universal Quick Release Mount Plate Kit and similar Arca-style accessories: the included or standard 1/4"-20 screws are often too long, causing interference with camera cages, tripods, or mounting plates.
By placing this washer between the screw head and the mount, you can safely tighten everything down without stripping threads or damaging the aluminum hardware. The thickness is fully customizable—simply adjust the Z-height in your 3D slicer to get the exact clearance you need for your specific setup.
