The wheel and the outer frame both need to be printed twice.
For the rods i used 14mm wooden rods from the local hardwarestore. I cut 5 to length, in my case 16cm. these i used to make the 'drum'. For the frame i used the same rods, but made them 1cm bigger. I also added a stl of a rod to make the model fully printable.
