An internal drop-in lid and insert system for the ubiquitous IKEA TROFAST storage crates. (the large ones, either shallow or deep)
Print 2 copies of the .3mf file provided and the hinge is joined with a piece of filament.
Designed for standard 420mm x 300mm bins. As such it needs to be printed on a large-ish 3d printer, or split in two parts for the standard 230mm bed.
Customizable (.f3d Included) I have included the original Fusion (360) source archive file alongside the standard print files. If you want to modify this design you can open the native file and adjust the sketch parameters directly. Also, feel free to contact me for any alterations if you need.
I printed it in PLA with 0.6 nozzle and 0.3 layer height, but it can be printed just as well with any other nozzle or settings. Don't need a lot a perimeters, the standard 2 walls is enough
