This suits a little €15 USB desk fan I had. They have a curved wire base, and this attaches with 4 small cable ties.

I recommend printing the first layer or two and pausing the print to compare to your fan, before putting >4hrs into printing!
Design could absolutely be optimised. Last version was thinner etc, but it broke. Almost Isaac-Newton'd myself.
I include a STEP file and a Rhino (v8) file. Feel free to remix!
Update: a little too narrow for the headboard. And the wire shape I measured is a little off. I can force it in to place, and I think cable ties would hold it in better that the little wire ties I used here.
