Print, fill with concrete or sand, glue in the plug, add rubber feet, cut the threads.
The one at the photo has main body printed in PETG and jaw liner in foaming TPU. M5 x 45 mm bolt and M5 x 30 mm bolts. Threads cut in plastic. For increased friction between clamp and base I made marks with awl that deformed plastic just enough.
