The MacVGA-Lite adapter from Kero's Mac Mods is an incredibly handy way to connect a regular VGA display to a vintage Mac. So here's an enclosure for it! Prints in two parts and needs two M2x6 screws to assemble. And unlike with my first attempt at designing it, it won't get in the way of ports on either side of the Mac's video connector ;-)
