Recommended Print Settings
Material: PLA works perfectly fine for normal desktop use. If you want extra durability for a crowded backpack or office desk, PETG or ABS/ASA will offer better impact resistance.
Layer Height: 0.2 mm or 0.16 mm for clean attachment pins.
Infill: 20% to 30% (Gyroid or Grid).
Perimeters/Wall Loops: 3 (increases structural rigidity around the small hinge pins).
Supports: Usually not required if printed flat on the bed, but check your slicer preview around the small hinge pin overhangs depending on your print orientation.
