An updated file set for the CAT.

The main change is that it now accepts the same barrel as the moose mega blasters. This barrel can be purchased from OUT OF DARTS and cut to the desired length.

I’ve also given this blaster a Lynx grip from Orion blasters.

Basically the same hardware as the original set of files I had uploaded.

Another added feature is the dart gate this helps with feeding the darts it requires a small spring and the barrel keeps the assembly in place

I’ve had decent performance with a 1.8 wire gauge 20mm OD spring.

This blaster uses basic m3 machine screws and nuts. A basic assorted set from Amazon should have everything you need.

4 inch K25 and k26 spring will work 

4 inch plunger tube.

m3 socket head machine screws. 

123 Oring for pusher and plunger head.

2 small springs one for the catch one for the dart gate. The dart gate is an optional feature.

X2  m2.5 30mm pins for trigger and catch.

19mm od x 3mm oring for pusher tip.

24mm od x2mm  oring is used for the barrel retention.

The plunger head has a space on the face of it for a rubber washer the ones I use have an OD of 25 and the middle hole is 8mm. I typically just glue this into place. The ones I use are red and soft. 3mm thick. But any soft foam material could be cut to size and glued in there. Or even a TPU washer if u fancy.

7/23/26 I’ve added taller top and bottom rails to accept different style grips. I found most of my foregrips were to chunky for the bottom rail so I added a taller rail option.
