This is a PTFE passthru for the 8T INDX and the onetop combo.
the origional design had all 8 tubes going thru the middle and that made it very hard to get them the right length and limited the options for mounting the filament sensors.
I cut the ontop on each side wher the stock one had the two large holes.
The new part uses the m3 self tapping screws from the spool holder (im assuming your using the INBXX). They attatch from the inside of the top rear sheet metal panel.
you can use the splitting tool in prusaslicer to make it printable on the core one. I used the dovetail.
