I split EbonNebula's original design in two to solve a few problems I was having:
Difficult to print the narrow side rails from any orientation.
Original rails were about .2 mm too thick and required excessive sanding to thin out.
By cutting it in half it made printing much easier for me.
Required hardware:
(4) M3x12 screws
(4) M3 hex nuts

Printer: Folger Tech FT-5
Rafts: No
Supports: Yes
Resolution: 0.2 mm
Infill: 15%
Notes:
The supports for the counterbore/hex nut recesses can be tricky, but it's doable.
