I wanted to mount my Tapo T310 sensors to the wall in a nice way. I mounted one of them to one of the posts of my patio roof and I wanted the heat of the post not no influence the measuring too much. For that reason I also added a distance piece to thermally decouple the sensor.
I printed it in PETG but for indoor use PLA might be fine. I used tree supports which I also did allow at the object with a relatively high distance between support and object. Be carefull when removing the support. With pliers you can just pull it out.
Edit: I added another two versions. One without the hole and one version (main part and hook) which fit an IKEA Skadis board.
