This storage system is the continuation of my last project:

New in this version: Second-floor expandability.

Before you start:

Vertical beams slot into the puzzle-piece holes on the boxes and screw into the horizontal beams.
Storage boxes are based on 50 mm "units." Horizontal beams come in two lengths: 150 mm (3 units) and 50 mm (1 unit). Plan your custom layout accordingly.
For second-floor builds, keep the system under 7 units long to prevent sagging.

Printing tips:

Use PETG for horizontal beams (stronger, less sagging). PLA works but risks sagging.
Print vertical beams vertically without supports
Print one vertical beam at a time (they're 200 mm tall and may tip over).
My settings: 15% honeycomb infill, 0.2 mm layer height.

Assembly:

Connecting two horizontal beams: 2× M3x16 screws + 2× M3 hex nuts.
Connecting a horizontal beam to a vertical beam: 2× M3x20 screws + 2× M3 hex nuts
They should be in this exact orientation

To make a second floor, you need 2 M and 2 F vertical beams, plus 50mm and 150mm horizontal beams (quantity depends on your storage system's length).
