Background
Back in 2022, I remixed Luvem Studio's original Screw Lock Carabiner with an extensive cut/merge/scale in PrusaSlicer to delete the corner loop but I never released it. I recently took that model and stretched it for use with a tackle bag loop, keeping same relative component sizes but making a longer loop section. Makratech's remix is very similar to what I did, so I wanted to call that design out as well.
Printing
Printed in PETG at 0.2 layer, 4 perimeters, 5 layers top/bottom. Requires support at the hinge location. See 3mf files for cut/merge done within PrusaSlicer. You may need to scale components like the nut & pins for your specific printer & materials.
Usage
Intended for holding keyrings or securing gear on a kayak. Not for climbing or high load cases.
