The Chitu E1 does not support the use of small diameter filament spools (e.g., 250 g). To enable this, I designed an additional holder with suitable rollers.
Additionally, four 608zz ball bearings (22x8x7) are required for mounting.
Also a variant for 625 ball bearings (16x5x5) is included.
If you wish to use the rollers as a standalone version, please print out the base plate to secure them. It offers 3 gaps to enable an usage of small diameter spools.
Print the rollers standing upright on the axle, using supports.
The material used should be a filament capable of withstanding the high temperatures inside the box without deforming.
I used PC-CF and set the wall thickness to 6 perimeters.

Der Chitu E1 unterstützt keine kleinen Filamentrollen (z. B. 250 g). Um dies zu ermöglichen, habe ich eine zusätzliche Halterung mit passenden Rollen entworfen.
Zur Montage werden vier 608zz-Kugellager (22x8x7) benötigt. Auch eine Variante für 625er Kugellager (16x5x5) ist enthalten.
Wenn Sie die Rollen als eigenständige Version verwenden möchten, drucken Sie bitte die Grundplatte aus, um sie zu fixieren. Sie hat 3 Öffnungen, um auch hier für kleine Spulen bereit zu sein.
Drucken Sie die Rollen aufrecht auf der Achse stehend mit Stützstrukturen.
Das verwendete Filament sollte den hohen Temperaturen im Gehäuse standhalten, ohne sich zu verformen.
Ich habe PC-CF verwendet und die Wandstärke auf 6 Perimeter eingestellt.
