These panels are an evolution of my other A320 button box but sized for WinCtrl pedestal products and used with Mobiflight.
I found that when printing the text with the Prusa XL, its have the text be printed before the rest of the layer is printed to ensure the cleanest text.
Printed in Polymaker panchroma muted blue.
I've included two different housing depths. One 38mm and the other 58mm. I found I needed a deeper housing for the square buttons to allow room for the Arduino.
The housing side of the panel is sandwiched between the faceplate and the pedestal frame. If using separately, you can just secure with a nut. Holes are sized for M4 button head bolts
Components needed for the panel buttons:
17.5mm momentary LED push button (3-6v, 1no 1nc, self reset)
On Off Latching Toggle Switches (12mm diameter)
On Off On Latching Toggle Switches (12mm diameter)
Plum 15mm Rotary Encoder with switch (7mm diameter)
