The Bosch 11230EVS has a selector on the side for choosing hammer drill or impact-only functions. The spring-loaded button to hold the selector in place can become damaged and fall out of the selector, which allows the selector to move freely unless secured in some fashion. This part replaces the button detent.
Print settings
Infill: 100%. I'm sure you could get away with less, but for 10m print time and 2.23g of material, why would you risk having to reprint it?
Material: Any
Orientation: as modeled, or at least with the hole vertical, and the internal fin groove with angled face up.
Layer height: Any
Needed hardware
1x spring: 18mm long, 6mm - 8mm diameter - this is not critical, any suitable spring should be fine.
1x M3 socket cap screw, 6-10mm long - again, not critical, so long as it fits properly. The socket cap is required to ensure the detent function engages on the case properly. The hole is 6mm, but you need a little stick-out on the screw so 10mm should be okay. But it depends on the fit of the lever.
Assembly
Straightforward. The detent can be pulled free of the tool body by hand, or carefully pried free with a thin screwdriver. Do not pry on the far end of the selector, pry at the selector pivot ONLY. Watch for the grease, it's messy. Don't remove the grease, or at least replace it with compatible grease (yes, make sure it's compatible).
Insert the spring and the button, with the hole facing toward you as you're looking at the underside. Install the screw most of the way, and check the action. If it doesn't bind for the entire length you can press in with your thumb, you're good.
Line up the lever pin to the internal hole, and push the lever in.
Depending on the age of your tool and the fit, you might need to extend the screw head a little to fully seat in the detent. Ensure the screw head engages as much of the tool body as possible to prevent wear damage of the detent over time.
