• 3 Perimeters / walls

• 10% Cubic infill

Assembly instructions

Measure the window height and width in millimeters.
Subtract 2 * 14mm for the CornerConnectors and optionally 14mm for a 3 way connector from both the height and width.
Select frames of suitable size needed to fill the remaining height/width.
Add Connector - spacers pad any remaining space left.
Print the selected frames, connector spacers, CornerConnectors, 3 & 4 way connectors.
Snap the parts together.

Print and use NetClams to attach the net / fly screen to the frame.

Example

The Window frame this model was originally designed for has the following dimensions

Width : 1014 mm,
Height: 1223 mm

Adjust for the 14mm Corner Connectors
Width : 1014 - 14 - 14 = 986
Heigtht: 1223 - 14 - 14 = 1195

Adjust for center bars, by removing an additional 14mm for a ThreeWayConnector
Width: 986 - 14 = 972
Height: 1195 - 14 = 1181

To keep the center bars centered calculate number of frame segments on each side center bar,
I.e. we use half the width and height for the calculations:
Width: 972 / 2 = 486
Height: 1181 / 2 = 590.5

My printer can print up to 240mm frames (without rotating them diagonally)

So I select the following Frame lengths
Width: 240 & 240 =>
  Length left for ConnectorSpacers 486 - 240 - 240 = 6 mm

Height: 200, 200 & 190 =>
  Length left for ConnectorSpacers 590.5 - 200 - 200 - 190 = 0.5 mm,
  i.e. A 1 mm spacer on one side of the center bar

So we need to print the following parts:

• 12 * Frame 240mm

• 12 * Frame 200mm

• 6 * Frame 190 mm

• 4 * CornerConnecor

• 4 * ThreeWayConnector

• 1 * FourWayConnector

• 6 * ConnectorSpacer 6mm

• 3 * ConnectorSpacer 1mm

• 9 * TwoWayConnector
