I needed a quick panel grommet for a IKEA Fornuftig cable I am passing through an ABS panel. The goal was to get a snug fit without compressing the power cable.
This split grommet fits a 12-13mm hole (as wide as the power connector on the IKEA Fornuftig air filter), and presses snugly through a 3-4mm ABS panel. The cable is 5mm thick, so the 5.5mm pass through should provide a little wiggle room without being a large pass through for anything else to get in or out.
Print in TPU, with no more than 2 shells and minimal infill to keep the thing flexible.
