We found a used Pol-Lab Q-Flow fume hood for under $100, but it required some replacement parts, including the grey piece that rides the vertical sash window's track/slide rail thingy which, according to some light research, is called a sash guide.
Use at your own risk. I printed these out of PETG as they are a mechanical part which shouldn't melt from the fumes contained within the hood, using 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layer height, 3 perimeters and 40% honeycomb infill for strength. Set them on their long side (as seen in the last image, lower half) to minimise supports and maximise strength. No brim should be needed, though without it sequential printing should be used if multiple replacements are needed. Each should take less than 10 g of filament and no more than 30 minutes of print time.
The fit is a bit loose as with the original, including the nut. For easier assembly, place the part on top of the nut before tightening the screw.
