I really liked the idea of having a more rigid back panel since the printed one is kind of flimsy and acts like a big body for resonances.
As i don't have access to a laser or cnc and the online cutting services i use in my country won't cut 3mm holes i enlarged all of them to 4mm and removed the hexagons since i don"t wanted hexagon holes in the panel ;)
4mm are fine if you use button head m3 or m3 washers
For the din rails i used m4 screws and nyloc nuts
Remixed the blocks aswell to give them a bit more surface area for glueing them on
I used ACM (Alu Dibond) panels and the PE core is the hardest plastic for glueing according to AI
Ask me how i know ;)
I used JB weld original at the end and it worked very good
2x bottom blocks are needed because the other ones will collide with the left and right printed bottom frame parts
