The LumenPnP pick-and-place machine comes with fixed length support legs for the 3mm thick FR4 build/staging plates. I found I could not get the plates completely level without some ability to adjust, so I designed this. It still needs some improvement, particularly because the M5 bolt tends to come unscrewed. You may also need to play with tolerances so that it spins with enough friction to hold it's position without being too hard to adjust. I hope it will be helpful.
One other note: some of the plates from Opulo are bowed, so depending on how you mount it, it may bow up in the center. If this happens, I recommend flipping the plate over, then use the adjustable leg to lift it to the correct height.
I intentionally did not put a rubber pad on the bottom, because I felt it might deform/creep over time, negatively affecting the accuracy.
Hardware Required: M5x50mm SHCS, M5 nut, M3 nut
Printing suggestions: print the bottom section with the wide opening up; print the top section flipped with the M3 nut near the build plate.
Assembly: insert the M5 nut (you might use the bolt for this), then screw in the bolt from the other side and tighten this firmly (otherwise it may start unscrewing as you adjust the height). Slide the M3 nut in from the side. On mine it's a bit loose (sorry).
