Monorail Tracks V5

A monorail track that's not just easier to print, but also looks and functions better (except for the middle negative studs because I got tired)! All parts print face down on the bed, and are friction fit together, no supports required. And the biggest cause of unavoidable issues, the side studs, is completely eliminated through the use of technic pin holes.
You now have two choices to make
Do you just want an easy print? Then skip "Going for Supreme Print Quality". The rails print perfectly fine (better than all other designs out there) with default 0.2mm settings. Just auto-orient (face-down) and hit print! (You do still need you filament adequately calibrated)
Do you want to give R25 a chance? Much greater flexibility awaits you!
R25
It's mathematically enormously hard to come up with a system that lets you stay on the stud grid, and the original R28 system just worked around this by adding the weird 45° connector and having 90° curves.
This system is close, and dare I say mathematically optimal.
Behold - the magic of R25 - every yellow dot is on the stud grid:
A single 90° curve is composed of two C15 and one C7 in the middle. A larger R35 radius also emerges naturally by inserting a few shorter rails!

And now it gets crazy - S-Bends stay on the stud grid!

Not only that, diagonals also stay on the stud grid! C15 and C15+C7 works for any length divisible by 5, C7 requires a full S25.

And best of all, every single rail piece comfortably fits on an A1 Mini.
Going for Supreme Print Quality
THIS IS OPTIONAL! Default print settings will produce great results just by their own. If you want to go the extra mile though and squeeze every last bit of quality out of your FDM machine, these are the steps.
Hardware
You can use other hardware as well, but this is what I used
Printer | Build Plate | Filament |
|---|---|---|
Bambu Lab A1 Mini | Wham Bam PEX | DasFilament PLA Gray |
190€ | 8€ | 16€/kg |

I don't like Bambu Lab, but their printers excel at print quality and ease of use. The small A1 can print 25 studs straights, BUT NOT FULL 32 STUDS! | Might be a good idea to buy spares, they are extremely scratch prone! HANDLE WITH CARE. Any scratches will imprint into your prints. Any dust pre-print will embed themselves into your print. If you have a dusty plate after storage, DO NOT WIPE, use QUALITY MASKING TAPE tape to peel off any dust.

Software
OrcaSlicer https://www.orcaslicer.com/ is a must, Bambu Studio is missing important settings. Make sure you have advanced settings enabled.

Check your work
Switch to "Flow" view in the preview tab
Check the top surface layer line alignment at the three marked locations
Verify that the support lines are not doing whacky stuff at the fourth marker

Check bottom surface layer line alignment (go to layer 1)
Check the bottom surface flow rate is dark blue

Check that the second layer flow rate is dark blue

Check that the last layer is at 10.00

Results
This is what you can expect your prints to look like straight off the bed
