My first year insulating the greenhouse (with bubble wrap to the south and foil insulation to the north) made it clear I need a better mounting solution. Through trial and error I came up with this mounting system that secures to greenhouse t-rails with custom m6 t-bolts and (not custom) m6 nuts*. I will still tape the seams, but this coming winter my insulation should be both more secure and more effective since this system leaves a small air gap between the insulation and the outer wall.
Warning: All parts are sized with no excess tolerances. Please do test prints and adjust your print settings accordingly.
*I did use other source models for the nuts, the washers, and the threads of the m6 bolts. Should I remember where I sourced them I will revisit this page and add attribution.
