WAGO Junction Box

Hier findet Ihr ein Modell einer kleinen Abzweigdose die für Wago Klemmen kompatibel sind. Rechts und links sind jeweils Löcher unterhalb der Klemmen um Kabel einzuführen. Die Wago Klemmen werden einfach in Ihren Sitz eingeclipst und halten an Ort und Stelle. Der Deckel wird mit zwei Schrauben S3x8 festgeschraubt, die Schraube kann einfach in den Kunststoff gedreht werden, oder Ihr bohrt die Löcher auf 4mm auf und schmelzt Gewindeeinsätze ein, das bleibt Euch überlassen.

Diese Box ist nicht Wasserdicht! Dies war für mein Projekt nicht nötig.

Gedruckt habe ich die Box auf einem MK4S aus Sunlu PETG mit etwas Stützmaterial in den seitlichen Löchern für die Kabeleinführung. Das geht aber auch ohne Stützmaterial, wird nur nicht ganz so schön.

Here is a model of a small junction box compatible with Wago connectors. There are holes on both the left and right sides, positioned below the connectors, for cable entry. The Wago connectors simply clip into place and stay secure. The lid is fastened with two S3x8 screws; you can drive the screws directly into the plastic, or—if you prefer—drill the holes out to 4mm and melt in threaded inserts.

This box is not waterproof! That wasn't necessary for my project.

I printed the box on an MK4S using Sunlu PETG, with a little support material in the side cable-entry holes. However, it can also be printed without supports, though the finish won't be quite as clean.

You can also find a STEP file for the box in the download section, making it easier for you to create your own remix to suit your needs.
