Although this mount has screw holes, you can use double sided mounting tape to adhere to the wall.
I used Gorilla mounting tape (15lbs). Gorilla also makes a 30lb mounting tape that works with heavier detectors. (Minelab GPX ,CTX series etc.)
- To remove plate without damaging wall just squirt some Goo Gone or other adhesive remover behind the plate and it will pop off the wall.
