Cut frame in the middle on 2 or all 4 sides, depending on which dimensions need resizing.
Slide the expanders over the first cm or so of the cut ends of the frame, with the decorative art facing forward
Place your artwork in the frame
Slide the frame parts into the expander until the frame hugs the artwork.
Cut the backing and screen. Not needed for stretched canvas art (as per the example image).
