Prusa Core One - 8-Sample Filament Dock (Seemomster Swatches)

An 8-slot filament sample holder designed specifically for the Prusa Core One. Remixed from the original sample halter, this dock mounts right above the front door and fits full-size Seemomster filament sample cards.

Keep track of loaded materials at a glance without obstructing printer access or top cover operation.

📦 Included Files & Versions

  • Magnet Version (.3mf): Includes integrated pockets for 19mm x 9mm x 2mm magnets

  • No-Magnet Version (.3mf)

✨ Key Features

  • At-a-Glance Identification: Displays up to 8 filament swatches directly above the front door, making it easy to see which material or color is loaded in each slot/tool.

  • Top Cover Clearance: Ergonomically angled body so you can open, close, or remove the top cover with zero clearance issues.

  • Direct Fit: Designed specifically for full-size Seemomster filament samples without needing to scale the card files down.

  • Easy Support Interface: Designed for dual-material printing on the INDX system for effortless support removal.

🔩 Hardware Required (For Magnet Version)

  • Magnets: 19mm x 9mm x 2mm block magnets (press-fit or fixed with a tiny dab of superglue depending on printer tolerances).

🎨 Compatible Sample Cards

🖨 Recommended Print Settings

  • Printer: Prusa Core One

  • Toolchanger / Multi-Material: INDX

  • Primary Material: PETG

  • Support Material: PLA (used for the support interface layer only)

  • Layer Height: 0.20mm

  • Infill: 15–20% (Gyroid or Grid)

  • Perimeters: 2 to 3

💡 Multi-Material Support Tip: PETG and PLA do not adhere to each other. By setting your INDX system to print the support interface in PLA against the main PETG body, overhangs stay flat and supports pop off effortlessly leaving a smooth finish

⚠ Warning

Be careful when using superglue. Try to avoid leakage by letting it cure overnight and possibly adding some extra protection. Thanks  Steve Stratoti for the headsup
