I modified the top plate from the original Edifier MR4 stand design by FunFunBoy. Great design. Modified the feet holes and size of the top plate to accommodate the Edifier R1280DB nicely.
Note: You need to print the "core", "accent strip", and "base" parts from the original design that I remixed from. I only modified the top plate and attached it to this post. Please support the original creator.
