Ancient Greek Column Brush Organizers

A set of three column-shaped holders for makeup brushes, inspired by classical Greek architecture. Each piece pairs a deeply fluted shaft with a stepped torus base and a square plinth, so a group of them looks like a miniature ruin on your vanity.

The set comes in three heights, which lets you sort by tool length: the tall column for long-handled powder and blush brushes, the mid column for eye and blending brushes, the short one for stubby concealer brushes, tweezers or eyeliner pencils. Use one on its own or all three as a group.

They also work well outside the bathroom, pens and pencils on a desk, brushes at a craft table, or as a plain vase sleeve if you drop a glass inside.

Print settings

  • No supports needed, print upright as oriented

  • 0.2 mm layer height (0.12 mm if you want crisper flutes)

  • 2–3 perimeters, 15% infill

  • PLA or PETG; marble-filled PLA gives the stone effect shown in the photos

  • Solid bottom layers recommended for stability

Tips

  • A stone-look filament hides layer lines really well on the fluting

  • Add a felt pad or a bead of silicone under the plinth to protect furniture

  • Drop a small stone or some coins in the base if you want extra weight against tipping

If you print one, I'd love to see a make — and any remix or scaled version is welcome.
