A pen case featuring an optical gradient snow leopard pattern on the sides.
Instead of traditional color blending, this model achieves a smooth, textured gradient by alternating two different filament colors layer by layer and protruding ( shifting ) one color where emphasis is needed.
Because it requires frequent layer-by-layer tool changes without excessive purge waste, it is an ideal print for multi-tool systems like the Prusa INDX!

How the Effect Works
Alternating Layers : Prints two contrasting filament colors every other layer.
Controlled Protrusion : Varying the protrusion of each layer creates a tactile, optical gradient texture that brings out the snow leopard spots.
Recommended Print Settings
Layer Height : 0.20 mm ( or finer for smoother steps )
Perimeters / Walls : 3
Infill : 0%
Filaments : 2 contrasting colors ( e.g., White / Light Grey for base fur, Dark Grey / Black for spots )
Supports : None required

側面にユキヒョウの斑紋をグラデーションで表現したペンケースです。 2色のフィラメントを交互に積層し、強調したい部分の層を外側にはみ出させることで、独特の陰影と立体的なグラデーションを生み出しています。 頻繁なツールチェンジが発生するため、パージ量を抑えて高速に切り替えができる Prusa INDX などのマルチツール機に最適です。
