These are replacement clips for the Mastervolt Mass 12/2000 inverter/charger.
The original yellow clips on my unit were damaged during transport, so I reproduced them in Fusion 360 and printed new replacements.
The white part shown in the pictures is the 3D-printed replacement, while the yellow part is the damaged original.
Please compare the model and dimensions with your own clips before printing, as Mastervolt may have used different versions depending on the production year.
Important print notes
This is an independently designed replacement part. It is not an official Mastervolt product and I am not affiliated with Mastervolt.
Printed and tested in PETG.
The width and depth came out correctly, but the printed part was initially too tall along the Z axis. I adjusted this dimension in Fusion using the “Offset Face” tool rather than applying a uniform scale.
Depending on the material, printer and dimensional accuracy, further adjustments may be required. The included F3D file allows the relevant faces and dimensions to be modified if necessary.
I could not test the part in ASA or other strong, heat-resistant materials with my Bambu Lab A1 mini. PETG is therefore the only material currently tested.
