Does what it says on the tin, basically. It probably will fit the M5 but don't quote me on that. Print it right side up with organic supports from the build plate only and it should print okay. You may also have better luck printing it upside down, but I haven't tested that. You'll need M2 screws to mount it, I used 5mm ones.
The OpenSCAD code is a bit messy, sorry.
