A direct cavity mount for NEMA WD-6 / Decora-format control panels, keypads, and low-voltage architectural touchscreens. No back box, no external hardware - the panel clamps the frame in place once it's fitted.
Two native sizes: 3-gang and 4-gang, both sharing the same modular fixing features. Cut marks let you trim either size down to 2-gang or 1-gang. Cut or full-size frames can also be placed side by side to build up larger runs - up to 8-gang (two 4-gang frames) - with cut marks positioned to hold correct NEMA gang-to-gang spacing across the join.

3-gang and 4-gang, each supplied in three mounting hole sizes:
3.2mm - 6g self-tapping screw
4.2mm - sized for an M3 heat-set insert
5.3mm - sized for a 6-32 UNC heat-set insert
Print settings
0.4mm nozzle, 0.24mm layer height. PETG or PCTG recommended - both give the frame the flex it needs to grip the cutout and return without cracking under load. PLA is not recommended; it's too rigid and brittle for the repeated flex this design relies on. No supports required.
