This is for the screen
Print/assembly notes:
Base is big — 239×317mm (bottom) — needs a large-format printer (300mm+ bed). Screen bezel is 230×157mm, fits most 250mm+ beds.
Hinge is a printed knuckle joint — push a 4mm rod (steel rod, brass rod, or even a long M4 bolt with the head cut off) through once both halves are printed.
Base top/bottom join with the same 6× M3 self-tapping screws as before; screen bezel + back cover use 4 more.
Board install order: mainboard/battery into the base bottom → screw on base top → screen board into the bezel pocket → screw on the back cover → hinge the bezel to the base top → HDMI/USB cable from an expansion card up through the hinge cable notch.
