I lost one of the ring shaped pads while replacing the screen on my DS Lite, so I made a replacement printed from TPU.

Any default layer resolution of 0.1-0.2mm should work fine.
TPU material
The OEM version of these measure close to 0.25mm. Since they are original a sort of foam, it's possible they have compressed a little over time. Most slicers default the first layer to 0.2mm, so I made the part thickness itself 0.35mm so the slicer would round up and create a 2nd layer since any extra thickness is still very small and can be compressed. The layer heights you select for printing really wont matter much.
