Case for an ATmega8515-based logic chip tester (assembly kit).

It consists of a base, a "skeleton" (inner frame), and a lid. The skeleton uses a sliding fit, and lid* is secured to the skeleton with M2 screws passing all the way through. My kit already included button pushers, so I didn't print them separately.

The tester board attaches to the skeleton using M3 screws. A standard BMS board (TP4056 Type-C) is secured to the lid with a mounting bracket. The battery is not secured; it fits very tightly into the housing, but you can additionally secure it with thin double-sided adhesive tape.

The device itself is well-documented in the original article, and an assembly kit is also available for purchase. If you use this case with the BMS, you won't need a 7805 voltage regulator.

In addition to the BMS board, you will need a few M2/M3 screws and nuts, a 955465 battery (4000 mAh), and a 21x10 mm rocker switch.

It was printed using PETG filament with standard supports at medium speed. Generally, PLA filament would work just fine here. If the panel markings are important to you, you can highlight them with paint (I chose not to).

*Please ignore the faceplate artifacts; my print bed is heavily worn. Also, please don't nitpick the grammar—the text was written using a translator.
