A set of rugged, hexagonal tactical storage canisters featuring integrated screw-top lids and utilitarian geometric reinforcement. Designed in multiple height profiles, these durable containers are engineered for functional, go-anywhere utility—making them ideal for overlanding setups, emergency prep kits, field gear, or workshop organization.

• Ergonomic Faceted Grip: Hexagonal profile and faceted lid rims provide high-traction grip even when wearing work gloves or handling with wet hands.

• Support-Free Geometry: Designed with self-supporting angles to print cleanly upright straight on the build plate.

• Multiple Sizes: Includes both a compact squat container featuring embossed first-aid/cross markings (ideal for field med kits) and an extended tall volume canister.

Usage & Food Safety Notes

• Water Resistance: The current iteration is not completely watertight. It will hold stationary liquids, but it is not submersion-proof; upcoming revisions will incorporate a dedicated elastomeric gasket seal.

• Food & Drinking Water: If storing consumables, snacks, or drinking water, you must use certified food-safe/FDA-approved filament alongside a food-grade nozzle and proper print hygiene.

Recommended Slicer Settings

• Layer Height: 0.16–0.20 mm (0.16 mm recommended for seamless thread interface)

• Perimeters/Walls: 3–4 walls (extra perimeters maximize impact resistance and fluid holding capability)

• Infill: 20% (Gyroid)

• Supports: None

• Material: PETG, ASA, or food-contact certified polymers (PETG/ASA recommended for UV and vehicle heat resistance)
