Update v1.2:

• Added Wave front drawers (compatible with all basket inserts and standard housing modules).

Update v1.1 - New 2-Drawer Module & Compatibility Enhancements:

• Added 2-Drawer Module: You can now print a smaller 2-drawer housing module alongside the original 4-drawer version.

• Grid Realignment Slots: Added clearance cutouts on the back of the 4-drawer module body. This allows full vertical interchanging and mixing of 2-drawer and 4-drawer modules in any sequence on the Skadis board.

• New Attachment Part - Skadis Side Support: Due to the Skadis pegboard hole pattern layout, mixing 2-drawer and 4-drawer modules vertically can cause the Uni-Hook mounting point to fall in the center of the module rather than the sides. To prevent side-to-side tilting in these specific layouts, install the new "Skadis Side Support" clips into the empty Uni-Hook slots on the sides.

• Skadis Uni-Hook 4mm: Added to decrease the angle needed to push the module onto the pegboard. Useful for mounting points in the center.

• Usable internal drawer space: 105 mm (width) x 78 mm (depth) x 30 mm (height)

• Board capacity: Fits up to 4 Skadis 4-Drawer Module Body vertically and 6 modules horizontally on a standard 560x760 mm Skadis board.

• Heavy-Duty Uni-Hook Mounting: Uses two Skadis Uni-Hooks printed separately for maximum mechanical strength and a tight, secure press-fit without requiring supports.

• Smart Tilt-Lock Mechanism: Drawers extend fully with a 15-degree downward tilt at the end position to prevent accidental drops.

• Easy Quick-Release: Rotating the drawer slightly left or right at full extension disengages it from the guide rails for complete removal.

• Customizable Labels: Every drawer features dual slots for slide-in label cards to keep your setup organized.

• Optional PTFE Super-Smooth Motion: Integrated side slots accept short PTFE tube segments (standard 4mm OD / 2mm ID printer tubing) for ultra-smooth gliding action. (Optional, not strictly required).

• Modular Insert Baskets: Removable insert baskets designed for multi-compartment drawers (2-drawer and 4-drawer versions) allow you to pick up individual sections to pour out tiny components without spilling the rest of the drawer.

• Dual Front Styles: Choose between the Utility Edition (clean geometric design with dual label slots for tool/part identification) and the Wave Edition (decorative organic front with integrated finger pulls for home and craft spaces).

Recommended Print Settings

• Material: PETG recommended (PLA or ABS can also be used).

• Supports: None! 100% Support-Free design.

• Layer Height: 0.2 mm.

• Wall Loops / Perimeters: 2 walls.

• Infill: 15% infill.

Assembly Notes

• Print the Skadis Uni-Hooks separately and push them into the mounting slots on the module body for a tight press-fit.

• (Optional) Cut small segments of 4mm OD / 2mm ID PTFE tubing and fit them into the designated side slots on the drawers for enhanced glide smoothness.

• Existing Users Note: If you are upgrading or mixing module sizes and notice your module uses a single centered hook, simply print two "Skadis Side Support" pieces and snap them into the side slots below the Skadis Uni-Hook 4mm to keep the module completely stable and flush against the pegboard.
